Job postings, application form and applicant portal are available in your language. You can write to us in German or English.
That sounds obvious and it is not. Applications that vanish into thin air are the most common frustration on the job market. With us every application runs through a system that keeps track of who has not heard back yet.
Every position leads directly to the application form — a CV is enough, certificates can follow later.
A cover letter is welcome but not required. We are interested in what you can do.
No. Placement is free for you — it is paid by the company filling the position. German law (§ 296 SGB III) allows anything else only within narrow limits.
With placement you sign the employment contract directly with the company. With temporary staffing you are employed by us and work at the client company. Both have pros and cons, which we name openly in the interview.
No. We do not present you to any company without your consent — not even “to sound them out”. You tell us where your documents must not go, and we stick to it.
We process your documents for the application procedure. Afterwards they are deleted unless you have agreed to be included in the talent pool. You can request disclosure or deletion at any time.
Yes. A large share of placements comes from the talent pool — from applications that arrived before the matching job was advertised.
